Who we are?

Fundacion SPOT, Inc. is a non-profit organization registered with the Department of State of Puerto Rico on July 25, 2016 (Registration 378195).

MISSION

To improve the quality of life of people who have a musculoskeletal condition and, for economic reasons, cannot afford the costs of their medical treatment.

VISION

To be a dynamic entity that provides the largest number of patients in Puerto Rico who suffer from musculoskeletal conditions and have limited financial resources with orthopedic or athletic equipment, medical treatment, surgeries, therapies, and transportation to medical appointments and/or therapies.

OBJECTIVES

To support families with a member who suffers from one or more musculoskeletal conditions and, after evaluation, it is determined that they have financial need to pay for their orthopedic or athletic equipment, medical treatment, surgeries, therapies, and transportation to medical appointments and/or therapies.

To help the patient return to their daily activities.

To identify potential resources and companies that can donate orthopedic or athletic equipment and services.

To raise funds through activities.

To ensure that every person in Puerto Rico who suffers from diseases or deformities related to the orthopedic field has the opportunity to have professional and quality care to recover their health.
